This is presumably for connection accounts (i.e. for services accessing via ODBC/JDBC) though? Non-user accounts that need to be able to sign on but that you do not want to be able to be logged into a green screen session.... If so, set the user profile's Initial program to *NONE and Initial menu to *SIGNOFF... that will prevent any attempt to sign on to a terminal session...
