QUSRNOMAX jobq

Not that it is all that important, but normally what subsystem are people
assigning this jobq to?  In preparation of implementing iSeries Access for
the WEB (iSAW) I know that user profile deletes submit a job QHXHDLTU to
QUSRNOMAX to delete iSAW user preferences.  I'm not aware if there is much
control from iSAW to change the JOBQ.  The submitted job volume isn't high
but I was just wondering where people are either assigning this or if it
has been assigned automatically for them.  In my case it has not.  I was
thinking of assigning it to QSYSWRK.
