AUDRCVnnnn is the default name for the QAUDJRN journal receivers.  (QAUDJRN
is your security auditing journal.)  To be certain, use DSPJRNRCVA
AUDRCV0048.  If it can't be shown because it's damaged, try AUDRCV0047 or
AUDRCV0049.

Can't answer the question of whether it is OK to delete.  Damaged objects,
to my knowledge, are always unrecoverable, but don't know if IBM would want
to see it if you report a bug.  Maybe someone else here can answer better.
