It has nothing to do with how you are signed on to OS/400 or iSeries in
terms of SST privileges; it is what you are set up for based on the SST user
id logging into DST/SST.  You have to set the privileges allowed for each
SST login.

If you do not have authority in SST as QSECOFR, does someone in your shop
know what SST user id is setup for full SST privileges? If not, check out
the InfoCenter under Security-->Service Tools.  You may ultimately need the
help of your CE to break this gridlock......
