No, nether one is true. But here is why someone might think that. The PWRDWNSYS comes with restricted access, and of course QSECOFR does have access to it. And if the system value QLMTSECOFR is set to 1=Explicit device access needed then the only device QSECOFR might be able to sign on to might be the console which is in QCTL
