No.  CALLPRC is equivalent to RPG's CALLB... almost...  CL has nothing
that's quite like CALLP.

CALLP can call either a procedure or a program, and it can do
transformations on the parameters.  The closest thing in CL would be
running a user-written command instead of a program -- but CL commands
can't call procedures, so they're not quite the same.
