How about posting the Ilan config as you do have it setup right now..
The APPC Code 0009 from the SNA Formats Manual (9-2) Indicates
"The LU is not available because it is not ready to accept sessions

I have all the original install disks. SSP is installed on v4r3. I'm pretty sure ddm is installed, but even when I try to strpasthr m36 machine I get the error: APPC failure. Failure code is X'0009000000000000'.
Which is the error code for a timeout. So I don't think the ilan is configured properly.
