I think there may be some confusion on this thread. On the one hand,
there have been a number of suggestions that have to do with selling off
old hardware, whereas it seems to me that the phrases "do not want it
handed around," "securing the software," and "software key" all seem to
imply that the "iSeries product you wish to resell" is in fact software
you wish to publish (in which case, my own earlier post is more to the point).

Would the originator please clarify?
