Hi Kirk,

I think you'd use the CPYxxxTAP commands to jockey sequence number commands
around.  However, the main issue is the USEOPTBLK(*YES), which appears to do
blocking optimization based on the device used; DUPTAP won't work if the
blocking is incompatible and I assume a copied file wouldn't be readable on
another device.

Check out LTL400V385/QCLSRC(XXC790) to see how I handled duplicating tapes
before the DUPTAP command.

I'd test the DUPTAP function first, all the way down to restoring the files
from the LTO2 before I send my 7208's to the dumpster.

Al Barsa is the ranking save/restore expert; he might know the best way to
tackle this.
