Duptap cmd

I need to clarify something...

Can I use the DUPTAP cmd to dupe 2 or more tapes a single target tape?
It looks like I can via the TOSEQNBR parm. Then again reading I think
it's saying the tapes have to be from the same save.

My goal is to take several 7208-342 tapes and move them to a single LTO2.
The tapes are "not" a spanned set but are separate save of Archival data.
