Folks: The COMMON website will have many pearls of wisdom with regard to getting to the conference however a couple of points I do know. 1) You MUST have proof of citizenship. ( a government issued ID with a picture and a CERTIFIED birth certificate will do) 2) When crossing the border say you are attending meetings (no work is allowed, even in the face of NAFTA) 3) Be prepared to be searched, (remember you are allowed a bottle of booze, etc, although it is cheaper to buy it in Canada anyway) Vendors should contact COMMON headquarters for information regarding how to move equipment and paper etc. Jim Oberholtzer COMMON CET/SME Speaker and all around flunky
