I don't think MochaSoft has a Blackberry version of TN5250.  From their FAQ at
http://www.mochasoft.dk/faq.htm :

  "Question: Can any Mochasoft terminal emulator run on a Blackberry device

  "Answer:
Mochasoft does not sell any products for the Blackberry platform. On most
networks (not the Nextel 6510/7510) it is not possible to make direct TCP
sessions between a Blackberry device and an AS/400, and such an environment will
therefore require a special BlackBerry Enterprise Server in order to perform
network connections. "
