Right.  WAS alone won't do anything for you.  You'd have to have
programmers create servlets, HTML, JSP pages, etc.  If they already
have the web bits done and want to move WAS from Intel to iSeries,
that's a different matter than trying to convince management to
install/operate WAS and THEN have the programmers start working on the
web bits at some future date.
