I was discussing this exact issue with some of the IBNMers at COMMON last
week Mark.  In my case I'm certain that it is a firewall issue.  Like you I
have no problem with Mocha, and I suspect that is because the client side is
initiating the keep-alive.  Apparently with CA this is handled from the 400
end - and of course will not get through the firewall because it was not
initiated from inside the wall.

If I hear back from them I'll post the response here.
