There no easy way to do this natively. You could put a counter in the specific program. *YUK Al Al Barsa, Jr. Barsa Consulting Group, LLC 400>390 914-251-1234 914-251-9406 fax http://www.barsaconsulting.com http://www.taatool.com Gord Hutchinson <ghutchinson@tsto verland.com> To Sent by: MIDRANGE-L@xxxxxxxxxxxx midrange-l-bounce cc s@xxxxxxxxxxxx Subject Program Usage Accounting 05/10/2004 03:19 PM Please respond to Midrange Systems Technical Discussion <midrange-l@midra nge.com> I am looking for a way to count how many times a program is called by a) a job and b) system wide. I had hoped that job accounting or audit journals would tell me what programs a job was calling and I could then summarize the journal entries to determine what I am looking for. Unfortunately, I can't find any details on programs starting or ending. I don't want to be running a full performance data trace on the system. Anyone have any ideas?
