Murali

Looks like you've got yourself in a sticky wicket here. SoftLanding is the company that makes Turnover. They're in the US. www.softlanding.com is the website.

The reason I say you're in pretty deep is, a change management system like Turnover is a very complex application - much more than a "utility". Someone at your company had to have set it up the way it is now. Perhaps a few things are not as they should be, but changes to these things by a developer are not trivial decisions - they can have far-reaching consequences.

You really need to find out who the Turnover admin is at your company. There is 'way too much risk in taking this on yourself. Change management systems have, in addition to all else they do, the purpose of keeping developers from making ad hoc changes to the process. This IS a good thing, no matter how restricted we wildcats (oil well drilling term) feel sometimes. ;-)
