I have a command CPYSPLFB that could do the trick. Actually it's a CPYSPLF where the added 'B' stands for 'including Blanks'. It's actually a CPYSPLF *PRTCTL (or maybe *FCFC - I don't remember). All it does is a CPYSPLF followed by an RPG program that adds the blank lines. Should I publish that? A more direct way is to take the source of their DSP/PRT and process that.
