Use FTP in batch mode:

OVRDBF     FILE(INPUT) TOFILE(*LIBL/QTCP) MBR(script)
OVRDBF     FILE(OUTPUT) TOFILE(*LIBL/QTCP) MBR(log)
FTP        RMTSYS('www.remotehost.com')
