That's correct. Marty, why couldn't you tell iPtf to put the PTF's on their FTP Site, then download them to your PC, Move them to the IFS and add them to an image catalog from there. Assuming you are on V5R2. Thanks, Mark Mark D. I believe iPTF can be installed from the IFS image. I do not have a 5.2 system, so I can not confirm this. Can anyone else? Carl J. I need to install PTFs from a home office and iPTF has problems with my VPN and home firewall combination. I have been looking for a way that I could just order the PTFs on CD and install them from my PC, thus eliminating iPTF from the picture. -Marty _______________________________________________ This is the Midrange Systems Technical Discussion (MIDRANGE-L) mailing list To post a message email: MIDRANGE-L@xxxxxxxxxxxx To subscribe, unsubscribe, or change list options, visit: http://lists.midrange.com/mailman/listinfo/midrange-l or email: MIDRANGE-L-request@xxxxxxxxxxxx Before posting, please take a moment to review the archives at http://archive.midrange.com/midrange-l.
