What would be the quickest and maximum security to permit some users view and change data in a file, but only a select few delete from the file? This must also be a simple to maintain solution. I had one of our developers asking the question this morning. My "gut" feeling is to use a group profile approach. However, I am wondering if there are other good suggestions out there.
