Actually, for my needs, it could say something like "I like spam!" or
"Model railroading is fun!" or "This is a sample of the work done on this
machine" for all I care. It seems that I've had a complaint from a
customer about status messages apparently disturbing the cursor position
in our emulator, and I wasn't even aware one COULD receive a status
message with the keyboard unlocked.
