I would suggest you go to
http://www.createform.com/products/archiveprodinfo.shtml   Create!Form, a
Bottomline Technologies Company, has a product called Create!Archive.  This
product always you to take any of your AS/400 spool files, Excel, Word or
any thing you can print and create a PDF document and store it out on a
network drive.  These PDF's can then be accessed from anyone's desktop or
via the web.
