Ed, Many unanswered questions... 1. Do you need to retreive historical data 2. Is the 'heavy' paper work from your accounting/ERP system i.e. Billing, AP, Payroll etc., that needs to be reduced. 3. Xerox for Doc. Management. HP for high speed scanners are couple that come to mind for equipment. Managing the docs is the key. So vendor that has a DB to manage it all is important.
