Within the last couple months there was a discussion on access paths and
them being saved (or something) when the system comes down hard so that when
it comes back up it doesn't have to spend the huge amount of time to rebuild
all of the access paths. If someone could either re-explain how that is done
or point me to that old thread, that would be greatly appreciated!
