Web Admin Problem

Thanks for your help!!   I got the correct options installed and the admin
web page loads just fine.  When I click on the the configure Http server and
ssl, I get the following message in the web browser.

ZUI_50004: OS/400 user profile QSECOFR does not have *IOSYSCFG authority
which is required to use the administration interface of IBM HTTP Server for
iSeries.

I know qsecofr has *iosyscfg.  Is there somewhere else I need to change
security for the web server??
