You will need to find your Licensed CDs that were shipped to you, insert them in the CD (if you find the listing, you can see which CDs these two options are on, and just insert those CDs) and then you can do a GO LICPGM, select option 11, and then scroll down until you find 5722-JV1 and select option 3 and option 4 by putting a 1 next to each and pressing enter.
