These options are on the installation CDs. You can do a GO LICPGM option
11 to install these options. It will prompt you. 

The original IBM HTTP server is CERN based, the Apache server is NCSA
based. IBM is moving away from the original server and supporting Apache
on all the eServer platforms. Don't spend any time on the original HTTP
server, just use Apache.
