Report it on whatever version the iSeries is running that is actually doing the compiling. For example if you are running V5R1 and are compiling down to V4R5 then report it as V5R1. Several reasons. 1 - IBM prefers to work on versions of the OS that are currently supported. Even though V4R5 isn't, compiling programs for that release on V5R1 are. 2 - Your support contract is probably for the machine doing the compiling. And it goes on from there...
