QNTC & NT 4.0

Just a follow-up to my previous question.  Contacted IBM Support; the reason
for a server not being discovered is a domain-related issue.  He pointed
that the info is canvassed from the master browser, which agrees with what I
was seeing under /QNTC.  Using MKDIR after IPL's works fine.  Just thought
I'd share.
