We've been setting up a few of our own towers for some of our plants in the same, or neighboring, county. When the construction worker whacked our fiber down the highway (this week), this allowed our internet connection to stay working Granted, we did learn that we have some router changes to make to make it even more fault tolerant, (like inbound email, phones, etc were dead). I am out of the loop on most of this, but I believe our connection to Texas has frame relay with VPN backup. I forget what we are using for our friends on 'Taco Bell'.
