Printer setting(hardware) could be hosed up....

It sounds like it's lost overflow line number or
there is a conflict between lines per page and where
overflow line is set.

What are the printer setting(physical printer) and
what does device description look like ???

You can have conflict between hardware setting and
print file descriptions ????

Do ALL jobs going to this printer do this skipping ???

Send same job to another printer. Does it still fail ???
