I find a simple SBMJOB works just fine for the occasional IPL. To do one this Saturday at 11PM: SBMJOB CMD(PWRDWNSYS OPTION(*IMMED) RESTART(*YES)) JOB(IPLSYS) JOBQ(QCTL) SCDDATE(022804) SCDTIME(2300) -----Original Message----- From: MWalter@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:MWalter@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Thursday, February 26, 2004 7:49 AM To: midrange-l@xxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: GO POWER Hello all, I would like to schedule an IPL for Saturday night. Can I do this with the GO POWER option 2, or should I put it in the Job Scheduler? Honestly, this is something I've never had to do in 15 years of working on 36s, 38s and 400s. Thanks, Mark Mark D.
