Then, I do not think that you can do this in one query.  Maybe one with 
the
accumulated values for records that will match the first criteria (22 & 
JA) and
the second with 24 & JB or maybe a pgm (like Rob stated before) is much 
better.

See, I can't accumulate values under one condition and accumulate values 
for a
different condition, both under the same column and using the same query.

The key is that you are under a "conditioned criteria" situation that a 
pgm will
better suite the need.
