That's odd.  Because, yes you do pay extra for 5250.  However, iSeries 
Navigator is a freebie.  Therefore, how is the ability to access some of 
these features tied into a charge?  Assuming that by "only way to access 
half the latest OS/400 enhancements" you meant iSeries Navigator.

suspicions about it being overpriced bloatware that nobody'd buy if IBM
