Shut down programs are:

1).   A bitch to code
2).   A double bitch to test
3).   The example code in the IBM pubs through V5R2 has both logic errors
an syntax errors (it won't compile)!

Short answer - not exactly, but it's related. Long answer - look it up in
InfoCenter - Systems Management => Availability => Controlling server
shutdown gets you there. Basically, IIRC, you specify the MSGQ and then
have a program that waits on that queue.
