This is exactly what the QADB* files are.  The *dbxref stuff.  However IBM 
has adopted the technique used by the rest of the world and put logicals 
over these in QSYS2 that use the standard naming conventions like 
SYSTABLES, etc.

Icbw, because I haven't used.  But isn't this stored in the
SQL-Collections-type-data that is tracked by the system in near-real time.
(Forget name of them, but the ones cleaned up by RCLSTG *DBXREF.)

I mebbe recall a thread, a while back, that IBM recommends NOT using these
files as input, however.  Forget why.
