jt This is exactly what the QADB* files are. The *dbxref stuff. However IBM has adopted the technique used by the rest of the world and put logicals over these in QSYS2 that use the standard naming conventions like SYSTABLES, etc. Rob Berendt -- Group Dekko Services, LLC Dept 01.073 PO Box 2000 Dock 108 6928N 400E Kendallville, IN 46755 http://www.dekko.com "jt" <jt@xxxxxx> Sent by: midrange-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx 02/19/2004 01:35 PM Please respond to Midrange Systems Technical Discussion <midrange-l@xxxxxxxxxxxx> To "Midrange Systems Technical Discussion" <midrange-l@xxxxxxxxxxxx> cc Fax to Subject RE: qadb reference files Icbw, because I haven't used. But isn't this stored in the SQL-Collections-type-data that is tracked by the system in near-real time. (Forget name of them, but the ones cleaned up by RCLSTG *DBXREF.) I mebbe recall a thread, a while back, that IBM recommends NOT using these files as input, however. Forget why. | -----Original Message----- | [mailto:midrange-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx]On Behalf Of Jim Franz | Is there any system reference file with the member | names with in files.
