Dennis,

you are asking to "select from bpcsf where vendor in (subselect)"

(subselect) must resolve to a list of vendors, yet you are listing two
fields in the subselect - vendor and count.

what is the reason for the count?  from your statement, i don't see a use
for it, so get rid of it.
