You can change it via DST.  Just force DST to the console and you can get
to it.  There is a security setting that you also might want to change
while you are in DST.  I can't remember exactly where it is but it
effectively will not allow a SST user change their password once it has
been set to the default.  A nice catch 22 given to us in V5R2.  I'd
recommend changing that setting as well as potentially adding another SST
users.

I've used CHGDSTPWD to change QSECOFR to *DEFAULT.  When I do STRSST,
I'm told the password is expired.  If I use F9 to change it, it says I'm
not allowed, that I should use SST to let me change my expired password.

Is there anything I can do?
