The one that is most likely to bite you is, if you get a new version of the
libraries and you want to set up a test environment to check it out, you
would need to do some fiddling to remove the old version from the SYSLIBL.
Nothing a little CL couldn't solve, but it's still a nuisance.

Other gotchas are unpredictable. We put one of our purchased packages into
SYSLIBL, then found that the fact that its library contained a file called
QCLSRC was causing us problems. Who would have guessed that?
