Fabrice,

Simplify the problem.  Don't send it to the other machine via sna, and
then route it via ip.  If possible, just create a remote outq on the
machine it's generated on that points to the printer.  Or, generate the
file on machine2.  This will at least cut down on some potential problem
areas. 

Otherwise, It seems like last time I did this, the overlay had to be
available at print time, not just spool time.  Is the overlay on
machine2?
