Security on the 400 is pretty darn good. If you don't have an *ALLOBJ profile, then trying to IPL to DST, and hope that DST's QSECOFR password wasn't changed. The first (and most obvious) thing to try is QSECOFR/QSECOFR. You will be amazed how well that works!
