Check the authority settings of the program or user id that is submitting 
the job to batch, or the actual batch CL program itself.

        Subject:        Losing Authority to a file in Batch


I think I've seen this before but I can't remember what the solution is.


I have a program that is accessing a file for input only. When the
program is run interactively it works fine, but when it is submitted to
batch I receive errors that the user is not authorized to the file. Can
anyone tell me what causes this?
