In addition to WRKLNK, there's various commands that can do this sort of thing in QShell, though I don't know if you consider QShell to be a "native command" or not. Aside from that, there's the stat(), fstat() and lstat() APIs which give you a lot of the attributes about the files, though I don't know if the date created is one of them... The Qp0lGetAttr() API should also give you this information...
