I made it out that jumping into LPAR without a plan is foolish.  Much as 
you should file a proper flight plan prior to taking off in an airplane.

Actually it is not a "picture" or photograph but rather an illustration 
and
without explanation I don't have a real good idea WHAT to make of the 
image
unless it is meant to imply that "flying (a critical mission, etc." 
without
LPAR is not smart, etc. ?
