Data Center Technology

As part of my new duties I have inherited a data center that I think needs
a number of improvements.  What I am wondering is if anyone has some
specific experience with a person or company that specializes in data
center construction and consulting.  I was thinking of bringing someone in
to take a look at our center and highlight deficiencies and help us to
prioritize fixes.  I have plenty of my own observations but was thinking
I'd really like to bring someone in that is truly an expert and get their
feedback.
