I admit I'm glad I'm not in Steve's shoes. Booth's idea of searching for "booth martin rpg" is better than mine of just the name only (unless your name is linus torvalds or something). "james rich rpg" is a little better, and "james rich tn5250" is a huge improvement. So maybe show your potential employer a guided search where you have previously picked out the search terms.
