Fortunately, by naming a source member in CHGPF, one does not need to migrate data anymore, just have the source member available - maybe even with DDM? Haven't tried that for remote installations. So that has the same effect as ALTER TABLE, and lets you change the keys to boot.

I suppose that adding a field to a file using SQL to alter the table is 'better' than changing the DDS and recompiling the file, then migrating the data...
