I did something like this a while back for going into Lotus Notes.  Sorry, I do
not remember the exact details, but can give you the highlights.  If you want
more info, I can dig thru my stuff and may be able to find the details.

Basically:
There is a command that will 'dump' the OfficeVision entries to a file. I think
it is QRYCALITM.  You then have to figure out the different fields and the data
in them.
Download file to PC.
Write VBA to import the entries into Outlook. (search web to find code to create
calendar entries).
