5798 RZG is the LPP for Electronic Service Agent.  It is no longer called 
Service Director.  There should be a CD in the box of V5 media with this on 
it.  If not contact your IBM CE.  He has to get you a software key for 
Electronic Service Agent.  He should be able to get you the LPP as well.
