I have went into Services and have started "iSeries Access for Windows
Remote Command". That didn't make a difference. Besides, wasn't that
more for RUNRMTCMD and not STRPCCMD?

Do you have the PC set up to accept incoming commands using CWBRXD?

I don't know what I'm doing wrong but from my 5250 session I tried
STRPCO
STRPCCMD PCCMD('C:\IEXPLORE.EXE HTTP:\\WWW.DEKKO.COM')
after copying iexplore.exe as a shortcut into the root directory.
and I get an error window with the following:
'C:\IEXPLORE.EXE' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
